Pantone Colors for Printing

We often ask for your Pantone color, or your brands color, so that we can match it and make sure we print as close to your specific Pantone color as possible.

So what is a Pantone color?

Pantone are a standardized color matching system used in print (think printed apparel, hardwoods, etc.) Each Pantone color is assigned a unique code, making it easy to mix the exact color to produce the color accurately. Think of Pantone colors like a universal language for colors.

Why is it important to know your Pantone color?

  • Ensures consistency of your brand color

  • By using the same Pantone color consistently, you create a strong visual identity that consumers can easily associate with your brand

  • Using a specific Pantone color ensures your brand color will be accurately printed regardless of the print method

Important note: Pantone colors are NOT Hex codes that you create digitally. Those colors need to be Pantone matched. We can help with this but we suggest your brand include a Pantone color.

Below is the Pantone color chart. This is just a visual as the most accurate Pantone colors will be in the Pantone Book, and this book gets updated every year. You can buy a Pantone Book here.
